Paul and I visited San Diego Zoo together for the first time. And I’d forgotten how lovely this place is! I’m thinking, I must be getting old learning to enjoy all these green trails and animal friends like never before. Brought along our mom and dad for the Valentine’s Day celebration and that was also refreshing for them, too. Loved the exotic animal eyes so much! Hence a few of my favorite nature guys for a possible, dry, city frustration days in the future sometime :-)

Christmas Weekend 2014

Year 2014 was an incredible year for both me and Paul. There were unimaginable joy and excitements along with some adventurous roads less traveled, taken. God has been gracious to us faithfully. Paul and I have learned and loved much more, too. So as we relished our last holiday weekend of the year with the family from North Carolina and Buffalo, I pray that the joy of the Lord fills, overflows from your every day life in the new year 2015. Thank you so much for your kindness and the constant, loving generosity. Love you all very much!

I had the most beautiful time of my life capturing baby Jane when she was 1 week old. With prayers and thanksgiving, Jane, may you grow ever more sweet and precious – Queenly as Esther and deeply loving as Mary to the Lord.

Janie’s Baby Shower

This has to be one of the most beautiful and joyous moments of life – expecting a precious baby boy for the first time in life ever! So congratulations again, Janie and Eddie. You two lovers will be a great mommy and daddy, I have no doubt about that. Even though you guys decided to give him the name I’ve been meaning to give to my first baby boy for the longest time, oh well, you called it first I guess! :-) All the more blessings and joyous life for your darling family!

This wedding clearly showed how sweet and fun both Ellie & Geoff are! What a wonderful idea it was to have an open wedding ceremony in the middle of the sculpture garden in upstate New York. It looked casual yet so lovely, simple but absolutely elegant, too. My heart melted to see Ellie so happy and Geoff stand right by her side, with unending love beaming at her! Laying myself tightly wrapped in the rainbow hammock, I asked myself where am I going with such flabbergasted busyness or a mere glitter of fake glory. I marveled at the beauty of vast waters and bordering of the lushest greens at its tip. And everything else became nothing. Yet all things became glorious in natural glam like never before.

Thank God for a time rest, point of intersection with only the door of freedom open.
